About Our Prevention & Diversion Program

Our prevention and diversion program is a housing-first and harm reduction program that is in place to support families facing a temporary crisis. We help your family stay in your existing home when faced with eviction, or attain other available permanent housing as soon as possible.

The purpose of this program is to prevent your family and children from experiencing the trauma and stress of homelessness. We work with you to help stabilize your familys situation so any financial, legal, health, or relationship challenges do not hinder you from maintaining a safe, long-term home.
