Work with us
Our vision is a community where no child or family is homeless and we need passionate, motivated, results-oriented team members to achieve that vision. Read about our core values to see if Inn from the Cold is the place for you.
We fulfill a duty of care, not only to our guests, but to our colleagues and our community.
We uphold the convictions of the organization and support our community, especially when faced with adversity.
We foster a culture where everyone feels like they have the opportunity to turn their potential into reality.
We believe the way we treat each other in reaching our goals is just as important as what we achieve.
Act with Accountability?
We commit to our word, accept responsibility for our mistakes and take action to address them.
We take informed risks and champion new (sometimes unpopular) ideas.
If you answered yes to these questions, we would love to hear from you.
There are currently no opportunities available at Inn from the Cold. Please visit our website for updates. Thank you.
We are currently not accepting any further applications for Practicum placements in 2016. We will resume in the spring of 2017. Thank you.

What is your favourite thing about working here?
“Being part of a great team that will go above and beyond in helping our families getting back on their feet, being able to see a smile on a kids face and seeing a family move out and knowing they’re starting their next journey in life.”
How do our values resonate with you?
“Our values resonate with me by being compassionate, kind and understanding what the families are going through… To be able to sit back and listen and not judge by any means.”
