We are a CREB Charitable Foundation Investing in HOPE grant finalist: help us erase family homelessness in YYC! On a national level, rates of family homelessness are increasing and at Inn from the Cold we continue to see more families through our doors. We have a bold vision of erasing family homelessness in Calgary and have been offering shelter, sanctuary and healing to assist homeless children and their families achieve independence for 20 years. We are committed to the expansion of affordable housing in our city; it must be available if families are to exit homelessness. As an Investing in HOPE finalist, we are in the running to receive $125,000. That would cover the cost of renovations of the 1st floor of Journey House 2, our second supportive housing program for single mothers and their children.
