Randy Malkoski is the Project Lead of Journey House. Journey House is place-based supportive housing, incorporating private family units with a wide range of programming and supports available for families based on their unique needs. Journey House supports the path from crisis to housing stability, supporting families to develop the life skills needed to achieve independence.
The Journey House model is focused as much on healing as it is on housing and facilitates a higher degree of self-resiliency, skill development and independence.
Randy has worked for the Inn for almost 5 years and in that time he has seen incredible growth of the programs we are now able to provide the families he works with. With that growth comes greater amounts of program success, meaning families are benefiting more from the care we are proving them.
In 2017, funds raised from Claire’s Campaign went towards the opening of Journey House 2, which is now home to 10 Calgary families.
