Marriott International’s 3rd Annual Lobster BBQ
Back again by popular demand, The Delta Calgary South by Marriott Presents Marriott International’s 3rd Annual Lobster BBQ! Calgary’s favorite way to kick off the summer and support a worthwhile cause.
Guests will be treated to a delicious lobster and steak dinner. Entertainment will include an exciting competition between five of Calgary’s top chefs as they battle for the title of Master of the Grill.
This year’s BBQ is an all-ages event. Bring the entire family to enjoy great food, live music from the talented Silkstones and incredible live and silent auctions.
Upon arrival, you will witness a cook-off competition between 5 incredibly talented Chefs:
Chef Michael Batke – Executive Chef of the Westin Calgary
Chef Jan-Kai Cronsfoth – Executive Chef of Marriott Airport
Chef Chris Mercier – Executive Chef of Delta Calgary South
Chef Hussein Haji – Executive Chef at the Calgary Downtown Marriott Hotel
Chef Paul Audet – Executive Sous Chef of Delta Calgary Downtown
3 Celebrity Judges (to be announced) will then critique the wonderful creations and announce the winner of the cook-off! One plate from each chef will be auctioned to the audience to raise funds for Inn from the Cold.
Throughout the evening, you will have the opportunity to bid on a Chef’s Table. Each winner will have one of the above Chefs create a fabulous meal for you and your guests in your home!
